This is regarding your purchase of one of our electric bicycles from us. We want first of all to thank you for your interest in the bike and your purchase.

We have different warranty periods

Terms of Warranty

Because of the size and nature of the product, we will not accept the e-Bike being returned to us for repair or refund.

Frame of the e-Bike, battery and charger are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months; controller and motor for 6 months. During the warranty period, we will provide a replacement for any malfunctioning part free of charge. To obtain a replacement, the following defective parts should be returned:

1. Battery 2. Charger 3. Controller 4. Motor

Warranty covers the battery and the charger under normal use. Never charge the e-Bike battery except with the charger provided and in observance of the instructions. Any attempt to charge the e-Bike battery by a charger other than the original will damage the battery, and voids the warranty. It likely causes overheating or even explosion.

Our e-bikes are designed based on conventional bicycles; ordinary mechanical issues can be resolved by a person reasonably competent with simple tools, or by a technician in a bicycle shop. Except for wire connections, there are no serviceable electrical parts.

Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Wear and tear due to normal use.
  2. Consumables like indicators, lights, brake systems, tubes, tyres, chain, and cables, etc. When consumable replacements are required, these need to be repurchased.
  3. Damages as a result of improper assembly, unauthorized modification, improper handling (such as weight overloading, drops, jumps, and collisions, etc.), and prolonged exposure to moisture / direct sunlight.

 on the product and the parts, during which period we will make sure the bike performs well. However, because of the size and nature of this product, warranty is limited to providing a replacement for any malfunctioning part, we will not accept the product being returned to us.

These bicycles are very popular in Asia and many units have been sold and they are a proven product. However, we are still at the stage of testing the market here, so you will not see them being offered for sale in many places yet.
